You need to be a bit careful with RevTwt some of the campaigns only accept clicks from certain countries and will only pay you if the clicks comes from these countries. Most recently they have started a URL shortening feature. Shorten a link, share it,  ads will be placed in the header and you make money.

Sponsored Tweets – This is a service offered by IZEA, the paid blog posting service. I highly recommend this service to people who are interested in making money from their twitter accounts. In just 3 days of joining this service I was able to make almost $100.00. The earning potential is huge and the service is excellent. At SponsoredTweets you can accept offers which are then tweeted to your followers. The offers are pretty handsome. All tweets from SponsoredTweets carry a prefix saying “Sponsored”.

TweetROI - Bored with the “get a click and get paid” system. Then you might be interested in TweetROI. This service also requires you to send out sponsored tweets but with a twits. You don’t need to get clicks from your followers to make money at TweetROI. Simply sending a tweet will make you money and you can even see up front how much you’ll get from that tweet. In addition to this TweetROI allows you to schedule tweets, thus saving you the pain of logging into your account everyday to send out tweets.

Be a Magpie – Another service that is similar to RevTwt, Be a Magpie provides you with offers that you can tweet out to your followers. When your followers click on one of them, you get paid. So this is similar to the Pay-per-Click system. Their service is extremely good, but I did not find too many offers there. They had an excellent feature to evalaute the worth of your Twitter profile which is very cool.

Tweetbucks - Tweetbucks is a URL shortener service that lets you make money. Tweetbucks require you to enable the optional ad frame (branding frame) on your links. This “frame” also lets you add your own image URL for personal branding purposes. People clicking on your link will see that image in the header of the window and you make money.

TwittAd – This is a service that I do not have high recommendation for, because I did not see too much of earnings from them. TwittAd lets you monetize your Twitter background. You can either search for advertisers yourself or, just post you profile and let the advertisers come back to you. I did not find either of this working well. Nevertheless, TwittAd is the only service that lets you monetize your Twitter backgrounds.

TwitPub – I am not too inclined towards this service but in case you are interested you can try it out. TwitPub is a service where you charge users to subscribe to your tweets. You will need to set your account to private and then TwitPub will automate the subscription process from there. You can set the price that you’d like to charge each subscriber and you get paid 80% of that. I personally feel that this service is a mis-use of the Twitter service.

In addition to this, you can promote your products at Twitter and make money. But I would suggest you start building your Twitter profile today itself and sign up for one of these services to start making money.
